Sea Turtle Foundation is a non-profit, non-government group based in Australia working to protect sea turtles through research, education and action. Turtles have seen the Earth undergo many changes over time and managed to survive them all. However, things are tough in the modern era when you are a slow breeding, long-lived reptile.
Turtles face many threats from changes in climate, loss of nesting habitat, increase ocean pollution, and deliberate and accidental deaths caused by fishing activities around the world.
Red Cross provides urgent assistance to people who need it most, making your donation go a long way. Born of a desire to bring assistance without discrimination to the wounded on the battlefield, endeavors—in its international and national capacity—to prevent and alleviate human suffering wherever it may be found. Its purpose is to protect life and health and to ensure respect for the human being. It promotes mutual understanding, friendship, cooperation and lasting peace amongst all peoples.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within one week (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
TRACKING ORDERS
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please get in touch with us at info@dropbearoutdoors.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are usually dispatched within one week, depending on product and order location. We endeavour to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected, but depending on location, it will be around one week.
Our products get sent directly from the manufacturers and our local warehouses, which are located in Australia, the United States, Europe and China.
We produce Custom Orders after you place and confirm your order and design. Production can take up to two weeks, depending on your requests. We ship all our custom orders directly from the factory to your doorstep. Shipping of customised products can take up to two weeks, depending on your location.
When you need express shipping, please get in touch with us before you order so we can ensure the product of your choice is available for express delivery. A surcharge applies.

All prices on the website are in AUD. You can change the currency to your preferred one in the dropdown menu at the bottom of every page. Australian orders are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
ORDERS SENDING PROCESS
- FREE Shipping to the United States.
- FREE Shipping on a lot of selected products to all other countries.
- Delivery costs vary depending on the product, the country the parcel is being delivered to, and the delivery method chosen. Dropbear Outdoors uses Standard Postage, which includes tracking. Contact customer service to discuss options if an alternative form of postage is required.
- International orders are without GST.
- You must pay the Order Amount by credit card or Direct Deposit when submitting the Order. Dropbear Outdoors accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.
- Customs will quarantine some parcels sent overseas until an additional fee is paid to Customs to release the parcel to you. Please check the applicable Customs laws in your country before placing your order. Dropbear Outdoors is not liable to pay such fees and is not responsible for the rejection of your parcel.
