Orders are usually dispatched within one week, depending on product and order location. We endeavour to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected, but depending on location, it will be around one week.

Our products get sent directly from the manufacturers and our local warehouses, which are located in Australia, the United States, Europe and China.

We produce Custom Orders after you place and confirm your order and design. Production can take up to two weeks, depending on your requests. We ship all our custom orders directly from the factory to your doorstep. Shipping of customised products can take up to two weeks, depending on your location.

When you need express shipping, please get in touch with us before you order so we can ensure the product of your choice is available for express delivery. A surcharge applies.

All prices on the website are in AUD. You can change the currency to your preferred one in the dropdown menu at the bottom of every page. Australian orders are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Delivery costs vary depending on the product, the country the parcel is being delivered to, and the delivery method chosen. Dropbear Outdoors uses Standard Postage, which includes tracking. Contact customer service to discuss options if an alternative form of postage is required.
International orders are without GST.

Customs will quarantine some parcels sent overseas until an additional fee is paid to Customs to release the parcel to you.
