At Dropbear Outdoors, we follow Australian Consumer Law and want to ensure a fair and transparent process for returns.
Change of Mind / Non-Faulty Returns
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. If you return a non-faulty item, you may be eligible for a store credit at our discretion, provided:

The item is returned unused and in original condition;

The return is requested within 14 days of delivery;

All original packaging and accessories are included.
You are responsible for return shipping costs for non-faulty returns.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, our standard delivery fee will be deducted from your store credit.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty, broken, or incorrect:

Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We will issue a prepaid return label.

After we receive and assess the item, a replacement will be sent at no extra charge.

If a refund is agreed upon, it will be processed via the original payment method (e.g. PayPal).
If the item is found not to be faulty, or if damage was caused by misuse (e.g., not following care instructions), we may refuse the refund or deduct for loss in value.
